In the chinese culture I've been growing up with, there is no difference between people in two different countries. Nobody tought us about that in schools.
After growing up a little bit, I started to learn a new language, and also a new culture. I found out that some people in other places of this world may have different options about people in different looks .See? So many "differences"!
In United States, you have more chances to get to know people who come from everywhere in this world. I guess you already experienced one IMPORTANT thing: Everyone is interesting and beautiful. Although you may have different personalities, but you laugh with your whole hearts together, you tear when there's something bring you down together.
We live our lives in our own way, but we can always find a another one who share the joy of living with us.
No matter how we look like, in soul, we're beautifully the same.
